Refund policy

ONLINE EXCHANGES OR RETURNS

CHANGES

  • Changes can be made within 7 days of purchase at Eloisa Jewelry.

  • Exchanges may be for an item of the same or higher value; if the new item costs more, you only pay the difference.

  • We offer exchanges or store credit on unused pieces within 7 days of receipt. We do not provide refunds.

  • Products marked as discounted or promotional are Final Sale.

  • We do not refund shipping costs.

  • Merchandise must be returned in its original condition and in the original Eloisa Jewelry packaging.

  • Engraved, embossed, custom, or personalized products (including initials, lettering, birthstones, and custom sizes) are Final Sale and cannot be exchanged or returned for store credit.

  • Merchandise showing signs of wear, resizing, or damage will be refused and returned to the sender (at sender’s expense).

  • A 5% restocking fee applies to each piece returned.

  • Piercings are Final Sale.

  • Eloisa Jewelry reserves the right to refuse an exchange or repair on any purchase that does not meet the above requirements.

CANCELLATIONS

  • If you cancel within 24 hours of placing the order—or before it’s prepared—we’ll issue store credit.

EXCHANGE PROCESS

  1. Contact us at 786‑846‑1207 or eloisajewelry@gmail.com to start a return.

  2. If accepted, we’ll send you a return‑shipping address. Delivery costs are not covered by Eloisa Jewelry.

  3. Pack your jewelry in its original packaging and place it in a sturdy shipping box.

  4. Attach the provided label to the box.

  5. Drop off at any USPS location.

EXCEPTIONS / NON‑RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Sale items or gift cards

  • Any Cuban links

  • 10K gold items

  • Personalized jewelry (e.g., name or initial chains)

  • Items sold through external invoices emailed to you

  • Any Especial Delivery*** Bear+Roses or Bear+Chocolates.

These are all Final Sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.

STORE CREDIT
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if it’s approved. If approved, we’ll issue store credit for the total order amount, or you may choose an exchange as desired.


Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it. Please note that, for quality control and service purposes, we take photographs of each order before shipment to ensure that the products are in good condition at the time of dispatch.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and care goods (such as  products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
